Wander Venerio Cardoso de Freitas works at the Secretary of State for Education. He has a degree on Physical Training for Seniors, Physical Education at School and Religious Education, he is also Bachelor in Theology. He is a Physical Educator and has a major on Literature and Pedagogy as well. Black belt 3rd dan in Karate Shotokan and Jiu Jitsu practitioner. In his spare time, he trains martial arts, reads books and takes care of his family.
