The absence of teaching of fights as content of school physical education

The objective of this writing is to identify, and understand, the factors that prevent / hinder the physical education teacher to teach the contents related to the Struggles during his daily pedagogical practice. The absence of Fights in school Physical Education classes is still a fact verified by several studies, which also present several factors as a cause. The national curricular parameters for Physical Education provide for the teaching of Fights in the physical education classes of elementary and high school, however, many teachers do not do this, sometimes because they do not believe they are able to approach this subject, sometimes because they suffer criticism from society , that these practices induce violence.
